While the more private functions are anchored within the stone base, moving from west to east, the public spaces of this home become progressively lighter and glassier. A dramatic living and dining pavilion perched above the gardens celebrates the view, the climate and the landscape.

At just one thousand square feet, the homes encourage family togetherness and easy indoor-outdoor living. The central living area reveals the focus of the two-bedroom, two-bath homes: simplicity, transparency, sustainability. Constructed with environmentally sensitive and FSC-certified materials, including cork floors, the dwellings feature site-built decks on each side.
