The Hollywood Hills Residence is a new, single-story home that proudly overlooks all of Los Angeles from its perch high above the bustling metropolis. Stretching across two lots, the residence was designed first and foremost to capture the views. Two board-formed concrete walls separate the public from the private spaces and a portal in one of the walls frames downtown Los Angeles in the distance. Elements of the structure along the southern edge of the property, including the primary suite and an infinity-edge pool and spa, hover out and over the landscape and the city below.
