Our clients – both native Californians – had a vision for a home that blended both traditional and modern styles. The exposed structural steel and corrugated metal roof makes reference to the agricultural valley ranch buildings of Central California, while the white painted siding and wood columns reflect a more traditional coastal architecture. By joining two back-to-back lots into one unified property, the main house and the guesthouse open onto singular landscaped focal point. Progressing through the spacious main house, an airy Great Room offers views of the tranquil pool, the gardens and the guesthouse beyond.
