Latitude 33
Situated just steps from the Pacific Ocean, the Marina Del Rey Harbor, and famous Venice Beach in Los Angeles, this newly branded and renovated residential community offers prospective homeowners three distinctive residential experiences: The Sky Collection Flats, The Boardwalk Collection Residences, and The Beach Collection Townhomes.

Dedicated to perfecting the country club experience through well-appointed facilities and the highest standards of hospitality, the Manhattan Country Club ownership turned to KAA for a comprehensive approach that included a phased master plan.

Grades of Green
Did you know that if everyone lived like the average American, we would need between 5 or 6 planet Earths to provide enough water, food and other resources? Grades of Green is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering kids and the broader school community to care for the environment.
