KAA has incorporated over 250 kW of solar on our projects over the past few years, including a 13.2 kW array on our own office. Working with 8 different solar companies we have successfully incorporated solar arrays on all styles of projects, from contemporary to traditional, along with everything in between.

The search for integrity in the design and building process is paramount. Construction methods and materials are constantly analyzed for their honesty in both respects and, as such, the process of formed concrete as an exposed building material finds its way into much of what we do.

The history of architectural style is a rich and intricate one, which has evolved over millennia, and is similar in many ways to natural history. One fruitful way to look at the evolution of architectural style through history is to compare it to biological evolution.  We have found this metaphor to be helpful in forming a conceptual basis for our broad design spectrum.
